    This brings us to the topic of Weather and Fate . . . or perhaps weather and falalisms.
    For instance: does cold-climate fatalism differ (in degree or kind) from tropical zone fatalism? To what degree (or in what way) is philosophy reflective of temperament, and temperament of temperature?
